    Product Description

    Blend #10 makes traditional breakfast sausage that is comparable to name brands that you would get from your local grocer.  You can use it for making fresh or smoked sausage links or patties.  Made with salt, red pepper, sage and black pepper. Each bag will correctly season 25 pounds of meat. (There are 24 bags to a case.10% off when you order 24 or more bags)

      More spicy than the #29 mild. It is well liked by the whole family. Great for breakfast, on pizza, and in Spaghetti.

      Undoubtedly the best sausage seasoning on the market if you want a seasoning with no cayenne pepper.

      I added a little more fennel and a touch more anise. Just a very good mild flavor. Will purchase again.

      We love this Sausage Seasoning! Take some ground beef add some of this season and you have the best sausage patties for breakfast or sausage for your pizza!
