Excellent, versatile pork seasoning.
We use this in ground breakfast sausage, and bratwurst stuffed in collagen casings, excellent flavor. We once used a single 8 oz. bag to season 32 pounds and were not disappointed with the flavor.

Wonderful seasoning blend for any ground meat, not just pork. A meat loaf without it is just blah. My mom bought this product when I was a teenager; I've used it for more than fifty years.
