Blend #10 makes traditional breakfast sausage that is comparable to name brands that you would get from your local grocer. You can use it for making fresh or smoked sausage links or patties. Made with salt, red pepper, sage and black pepper. Each bag will correctly season 25 pounds of meat. (There are 24 bags to a case.10% off when you order 24 or more bags)

Been using this for years it’s what my family likes best. You can lighten it up when mixing if you don’t want as spicy by adding more meat. I do a small batch like that for myself but the rest of my family likes it done by the directions.

Fairly mild seasoning saw some red pepper flakes but didn’t notice any heat
