Shipping

We take pride in the quality of our customer service at Butcher Supply Company. Most orders are shipped the following business day after the order is placed. In the rare event your order includes a product that is currently out of stock, your entire order will be held until it is complete and ready to ship. If an item is on back order, we will contact you to see what you prefer us to do. It is very important that you leave all of your contact information when you are submitting your order. If you checkout as a guest instead of creating a free account, your phone number will not be available to us so we can't contact you by telephone.
