      I have been using this 139 for years. I use it with pork, deer and wild hog. I can count on it tasting great.

      Fantastic! Easy to use, great flavor. Also added high temperature cheddar cheese - a favorite so far! If you like a little more heat/flavor, can add rehydrated jalapeños. YUM!

      Made meat sticks from mix in 2016, added proper amount of cure and added cheese, cooked um, then smoked um, then ate um. Great mix also makes a wonderful link sausage, in fact the only one I make for the year.
