      We use this on mostly pork, country style ribs and chops, but have used on chicken too. I love it when an end or side gets a little burnt. the flavor really comes out then. We've used this seasoning for years. Anytime we use it when grilling for friends, they want to know what it is and usually end up buying some themselves. It is all I use.
