Blend #135 is Legg's popular teriyaki jerky with hot flavors added to provide a sweet and spicy experience. This blend can be used with beef, poultry, or venison.  Formulated for restructured and or solid muscle, you can use it as a mix, vacuum tumble, soak, or a dry rub.
