We also have 32mm collagen casings or natural hog casings that are the perfect size for dinner sausages. Each bag requires 1 ounce of cure to properly season 25 pounds of meat. Perfect.
Probably made 200 lbs of this. Delicious and an easy mix. Added some granulated garlic to a batch. Everyone loves it. Made sticks and sausage. Gotta love leggs price and flavor. Haven’t had anything bad from them.
