Blend #104 is a special blend of salt, pepper, sage, onion, mace, and celery that provides the classic flavor that you would anticipate coming from a bratwurst. We also carry 32mm collagen and natural hog casings that are the perfect size for dinner sausages.  Each bag will correctly season 25 pounds of meat.
