    Blend #102 is a lightly spiced blend of salt, fennel, and black pepper that maintains the full flavor of italian sausage.  We carry 32mm collagen and natural hog casings that are the perfect size for dinner sausages.       Great taste, used it for deer bratwurst. No wild game taste. The flavor is excellent
