Allow me to introduce myself & family as Butcher Supply Co.'s newest owners! Established in 1979, we serve the restaurant and meat cutting industry with supplies, new and rebuilt food equipment, as well as service & repairs.

I worked for the original owner, Ed, for years before my family took on this new adventure in 2024. We're honored to carry on the legacy that began in '79, supplying butchers, grocers, restaurants, processors, deer hunters & artisans alike with all of their meat processing needs.
