    Made of solid 18-8 Type 304 stainless steel, this gambrel is perfect for hanging swine or venison. It features a welded center cross member to reinforce the gambrel, and has an electropolished bright, smooth finish.  Perfect for trolley systems!

      This gambrel is might fine. It is sturdy, shiny, and pointy. Not much else to say, since it is a pretty simple thing. But it seems really quite good.

      Good and sturdy. Should do well for processing deer and wild hogs.
