Our edible collagen casings are made from beef membrane, and are of exceptional quality.  Each casing comes in a 50 foot strand and is very easy to use.  Just cut off the portion you wish to use, slide it onto your stuffing tube, and pack and twist.  It's that simple!  The casing itself has a "tender bite" to it once cooked.  These casings are to be packed with uncooked product, but are designed to withstand the heat of a smokehouse for cooking.  To gauge what size casing you might need,  just remember that 1" = 25.4 mm.
