    Blend #103 is a wholesome blend of salt, red pepper, fennel, and paprika that results in a true full bodied italian sausage flavor.  We sell 32mm collagen and natural hog casings which are the perfect size for dinner sausages. Each bag will correctly season 25 pounds of meat. (There are 24 bags to a case.10% off when you order 24 or more bags)

      Love it! The blend has just enough heat, that it is not too spicy, yet just enough to enjoy. Taste just like the vendors at fairs, with onion and peppers. Wonderful taste!

      We have always used leggs sausage seasoning, its a great product.
