These are a great bags, Once they are stufted , twist end, crimp, and tie off wit a 16". 2ply cotton string. And tie off another knot 3" up for hanging on pipe for smoking!

These sacks seem expensive until you try to find some. Butchers Supply is the only place I can even find them. Good quality and different color stitching for hot or mild. If you smoke your sausage, only way to go.
